You have 30 days from receipt to return an item, provided it is unused, in its original packaging and with its tags.
Steps: 1) Contact our support with your order number. 2) You receive a prepaid return label by email. 3) Drop the parcel at a La Poste pickup point.
The refund is issued within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and check the item, to the original payment method.
For an exchange (size, color), say so in your request — we hold the new item as soon as we can.
